Hello Dear Family and Friends!

I am excited to share that I will be participating in the 7 Days in May fundraising ride in support of Pancreatic Cancer. My leg of this event will be the last day for 100 km. 7 Days in May is a one of a kind cycling event to increase the awareness about Pancreatic Cancer and to raise much needed funds to help improve the rate of survival. Last year we dedicated the ride to Arnold van den Hoeven who was diagnosed in Aug 2023 and who is not only beating the disease but is planning on riding with us this year!

I know we all experience cancer in our circle of family and friends. Personally I find it so very important to focus on the hope. 

7 Days, is a cycling event and fundraiser, to raise funds to help find a cure for this deadly affliction. Research is needed for early detection. Pancreatic cancer is one of the hardest to detect and diagnose. That means that the survival rate is only 10% and 90% of patients will die within 5 years and 70% will die within the first year. Every dollar donated goes to research and riders cover their own registration and expenses. 

Arnold is a champion and is beating this thing. We need more survivors. Please join us by donating. Any amount is appreciated..
