7 Days Fundraiser - we cycle 160 km a day for 7 straight days...1131 km in 7 Days

2025... My EIGHTH Year!!!    MY 2025 GOAL... $15,000
 
7 Days 2025 will take place May 26th to June 1st - a  BIG shout out to my past supporters... helping me raise $91,664 in 7 years!!! ($116,664 total cycling for cancer) My indoor training started in January.  These are the times that I reflect on all of those that are suffering and fighting cancer.

7 Days has raised over $1.9 MILLION DOLLARS. I think this is absolutely awesome for a bunch of cyclists that riding their bikes... for 7 Days in May. We are determination to help fund to find a cure pancreatic cancer.  

100% of money raised from this event goes to research to find a cure.

Why do we ride for pancreatic cancer? Because the statistics are staggering:

- Pancreatic cancer has the highest mortality rate of all major cancers.
- The 5-year relative survival rate is 10%. That means that 90% of Canadians
   diagnosed with pancreatic cancer will die.
- 70% of patients do not survive past the first year.
- For these patients and their families, a pancreatic cancer diagnosis is
   traumatic and brings overwhelming day-to-day and emotional challenges.
- Pancreatic cancer is currently the third leading cause of cancer-related
  deaths in Canada, yet it continues to be underfunded, overlooked, and
  outpaced in research.

 It’s time to change these statistics. It’s time for survival, not sympathy.
